- 8-9 apples, cored and peeled and chopped
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg or mace
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon or clove or cardamom (or all 3)
- 2 Tbl lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 1/2 Tbl coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp stevia
- 1 tsp maple flavor
- Optional: crushed walnut and unsweetened coconut flakes
Add everything to a bowl and mix well. Press into pyrex or pie dish. Bake at 375 for 50 min.
