Apple Crumble

  • 8-9 apples, cored and peeled and chopped
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg or mace
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon or clove or cardamom (or all 3)
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 1/2 Tbl coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp stevia
  • 1 tsp maple flavor
  • Optional: crushed walnut and unsweetened coconut flakes

Add everything to a bowl and mix well. Press into pyrex or pie dish. Bake at 375 for 50 min.
