Breakfast Sausage

  • 3 lbs ground meat (pork, beef, or bison, or combo)
  • 2 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbl pure maple syrup OR 2 tsp of maple flavor + 5 drops stevia


Mix well, shape into patties and place on wax paper.

Can store two to three patties per ziploc bag if you cut the wax paper into little squares and stack them.Can be thawed first or cooked direct from the freezer.

Can be cooked in patty form, or mixed into a delicious scramble!
