This is a versatile creamy sauce that can be added to a vast array of dishes and can be easily modified for an entirely new experience. Best part is that this is a super healthy sauce with lots of good fat and vitamins and minerals. Add to any veggies or meat&veggies dish.
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp psyllium husk
Spices
- 1 Tbl Chives
- 1 Tbl Oregano
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp cumin

Heat on low in saucepan until fully mixed.
The Spices can be swapped out entirely to create a whole new flavor experience – try swapping in 2-3 Tbl Curry blend or Mexican blend.
