Grilled Portabello Mushrooms

  • Clean mushrooms from any visible dirt while trying not to waterlog the gills
  • Dry and coat with avocado oil
  • Leave them gills up from now on
  • Drizzle generously in the ‘cup’ with tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
  • Top with finely diced onion and garlic
  • Add salt, pepper, and a bit of oregano

Grill on low heat till shrunken and soft:
