I am dairy free, so I buy So Delicious CoconutMilk Yogurt – Unsweetened. Even if you choose to stick with (organic) dairy, Unsweetened is key: yogurt is hailed as a ‘healthy’ food, but there’s a ton of sugar in there! I make delicious sundae’s out of yogurt, I enjoy them as a real treat! (Treat meaning they feel very indulgent, not meaning I can’t have it often).

Green Velvet Chocolate Cake Sundae

- yogurt
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder (or raw cocao powder)
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 squirt of vanilla Sweet Drops stevia
I love dipping raw walnuts straight out of the freezer into this!
Caramel Sundae
- yogurt
- 2 tsp cocoa powder (or raw cocao powder)
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 squirt of Caramel Sweet Drops stevia
- Unsweetened shredded coconut and/or salty peanuts
Blueberry Sundae
- yogurt
- Wild blueberries (frozen (they thaw quickly); wild blueberries are different than our typical blueberries and contain even more antioxidants) ; or strawberry
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 squirt of Vanilla or Coconut Sweet Drops stevia
